The advertisers and user guarantees that his or her Content do not violate any copyright, intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity, and agrees to release YouSaleBuy.com and Yousalebuy Marketing from all obligations, liabilities and claims arising in connection with the use of (or the inability to use) the service.

Advertisers and users agree that Sri Lankan or Norwegian courts, with the district court of Gothenburg as the court of first instance, will have jurisdiction over any dispute or claim relating to the use of YouSaleBuy.com.
